It means that when you wake up in the morning, you jump straight out of bed, ready for a new and exciting day! How do you make that possible? You are sound of body and sound of mind, nothing hurts and your body is well-rested and ready to jump in whatever the day brings.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE WEALTHY?


It simply means living to the full extent of your possibilities. It doesn’t mean being rich - it means being aware of your resources and making the best of them, fully experiencing everything life has to offer. It means being thankful!

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE HAPPY?


It’s an age-old question, and there are really no words (or there’s too many of them) to describe that feeling, but you know it when it happens - it’s that feeling in your gut that everything is great (even when there are challenges) - and that everything will remain great, because you have confidence in your strengths and abilities. You accept your past, you live in the present and you know where you’re going - you are in peace and harmony and you have so much to offer to the world!
