1:1 Fitness Training

This is ideal if you:

  • Don’t want to leave the house & YouTube videos aren’t cutting it.
  • Find everything else to do unless someone shows up just for you.
  • Have too much on the brain and want someone else to do the directing and the counting.
  • Want the stamina and ability to chase your grandkids around, haul in the groceries all at once by yourself, while helping your aging parents

Having a personal trainer removes the guesswork and creates consistency. With 1:1 sessions I’ll be there with you for approximately 30 minutes. We’ll get the work done so you can get on with your day.

In-person training sessions are available if you live near Highlands Ranch or Cherry Creek, CO. Live anywhere else, we’ll meet via Zoom or FaceTime for virtual sessions.

Yes! Online coaching and virtual training sessions allow us to work together no matter what state or country we’re in. We’ll use Zoom, FaceTime, and/or the FitBodyPhatLife app depending on your program.

There are so many exercises we can incorporate that don’t require any equipment.

If/when needed, I have a few favorite recommendations that are inexpensive and compact so you can hide them away when you’re done.

It’s OK. The online coaching programs provide a ton of flexibility. You can complete your workouts and any habits at your convenience.

No problem! The gym isn’t for everyone. If you’d prefer to work out from home or in another dedicated space, we’ll design a program that fits your needs.
